I was so lucky to get to spend some time this last month with my dear friend, Lena. We met my senior year of high school when Lena came to Drummond as an exchange student from the Ukraine. We made so many memories while she was here and cried many tears when she left! It is always great to have her come back and visit, but this year was extra special. She brought along her fiance, Igor. After visiting everyone in MT, they headed off to Vegas to get married! So, of course we had to have a bridal shower for her.
We spent most of our time laughing like this! I am so blessed to have such an amazing friend.
Annabelle got to come along and enjoyed helping with the gifts.
We even had Lena model her wedding dress for us. Annabelle and Hadley threw flower petals while Larry, the father of the family she lived with here, walked her down the "aisle".
She is gorgeous and her dress was amazing!
She really could be a model. Igor is one lucky guy!
(I was so glad Annabelle didn't get any chocolate finger prints on the dress!)Thank you Lena for making time to spend with me and my family! We all miss you and Igor.
